My goodness this is so good. SO GOOD. The setup feels familiar—a female screenwriter meets a surly movie star during the shooting of her big film. And after it wraps, he makes a deal with her to stay on in her house for another week.

But this book quickly becomes much more than a fun trope. The way this author plays with themes of HEAs vs real life is so eloquent. And when the dark moment comes, your heart will explode. It’s really that good.

Everyone should read it.
